Refund policy:

• 50% refund if cancellation is made 7-13 days before course start date
• No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before course start date
• No refunds for missed classes or partial attendance

In exceptional circumstances, we may offer course credits or transfers at our discretion.

7. Dispute Resolution
